Handling & Care

All wares are food safe, nontoxic, microwave, and dishwasher safe, unless stated otherwise (exception may be vase, planter, or other item not intended for food use) Though dishwasher safe, my personal recommendation is to always hand-wash, as this will help towards achieving the longest life of piece.  I also personally don't recommend microwaving wares as this can lead to thermal shock and cracking, even though materials are "safe" to do so.  If utensil marks start to appear, you may use Bar Keepers Friend cleanser powder to scrub off. (works great, found at many grocery stores, and very cheap!)

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final, I do not offer returns, or refunds for pieces damaged over time. Handmade Stoneware is porous, special, and should be handled with care...  If item arrives damaged, please contact within 7 days of arrival, and provide pictures of items, and box/packaging state as well.  I will either refund you for said item amount, or offer replacement.  If package is stolen after delivery, I cannot be held responsible. Please be on the lookout for your package, and check your tracking info of order.  If you live in an area, or have problems/concerns of porch thieves you may select the signature required option in shipping, and pay for the extra service charge.

Custom Orders & Wholesale
